Rehearsing alone or in front of someone beforehand is another way you can feel more confident with public speaking. This is so because once you have practiced the information out loud a few times it starts to become effortless. Knowing the right pace when it comes to public speaking is also crucial. The reason being is if you are talking too fast or too slow, people will either be bored or could loose track of what you are saying. However, being prepared and rehearsing are two big steps you can do to help ease your nerves, gain confidence and be more comfortable when speaking in front of people.
