When working in a business you encounter many different types of people in not only your city but all over the world. Every culture has different rules and ways to how they handle business and how they communicate with each other. Being able to communicate properly and professionally with someone you are looking to do business with who is of a different culture is very important. This is so because you could by accident say something or do something that could offend the person/company you are doing business with and you wouldn’t even know it.
